  • Our one bed home will focus on short term placements for children with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.  The home will provide immediate accommodation to one child at any one-time following breakdown of their previous placement.

We want any child or young person living in the home to receive support from a staff group that role model unconditional positive regard, that emotionally contains the young person using self and relationship-based practice to affect change.

After a period of stability, you and your team will collaborate and work in partnership with the allocated WCF social worker and team manager to create a child centred transition to a longer-term accommodation that will continue to meet the needs of the young person.
